Charles “Paul” Jensen, 64, of Indianapolis, passed away at 8:26 a.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2018, at his home.
Paul was born on February 28, 1954, in Indianapolis, the son of Raymond and Helen (Meyer) Jensen. He is survived by four sons- Skylar Gene Barnard, Vincent X. Barnard, Billy Barnard III and Seth Barnard all of Indianapolis; two daughters- Debora Kahanthamany and Anna Barnard Bosley both of Indianapolis; one brother- Michael (Vicki) Jensen of Greenwood; two sisters- Ruth Belcher and Karen (Jack) Wilson both of Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother- David Jensen.
Paul worked for several years as a District Supervisor for Subway and Kentucky Fried Chicken for several years, until his retirement. He enjoyed going to the casino, playing cards, playing corn hole and bowling. Paul was also known for his excellent cooking. He also loved spending time with his family and his family always came first to him.
A Celebration of Paul Jensen’s Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227, with Pastor Jim Sleeva officiating. He will be laid to rest following the service in New Crown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The family has entrusted the Norman F. Chance Family Funeral Home to assist them in honoring Paul’s life.
