CALLAHAN, Pamela J. (Curl), age 54, of Indianapolis passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 28, 2017. She was a graduate of Emmerich Manual High School in 1982 and married Mark W. Callahan on June 5, 1982. Pam was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Pam was a very creative person, utilizing her large crafting station in her home to create her own highly unique cards for family and friends on special occasions. Pam loved to play all kinds of card and board games, a hobby she picked up from her parents and carried through to her children, staying up countless nights laughing and playing games with her family and friends.
Pam is survived by her parents: Jerry K. and Judy E. Curl, two brothers: Jerry K. Curl Jr. and his wife Leslie Curl and Daniel J. Curl, her high school sweetheart and husband of 35 years Mark W. Callahan, her three children: Mark W. Callahan Jr., Amanda J. (Callahan) Gierke and her husband Michael Gierke, Justin A. Callahan, four grandchildren: Mya S. Pryce, Austin C. Pryce, Kevin M. Gierke, and Lilly M. Gierke.
The family will receive friends and extended family members on November 2, 2017 from 4:00pm – 8:00pm at N.F. Chance Funeral Home, 504 E. National Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46227. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am Friday, November 3, 2017 at N.F. Chance Funeral Home, 504 E. National Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46227 with a burial at Greenwood Cemetery.
