Sarah Ann (McKimmy) Neutzman

Sarah Ann Neutzman, 75, of Indianapolis, passed away at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, December 27, 2018, at St. Francis Hospital.

Mrs. Neutzman was born on June 5, 1943, in Columbus, Indiana, the daughter of Jack and Anna L. (Harris) McKimmy. 

She is survived by one daughter- Jennifer Basham of Indianapolis; five grandchildren- Whitney Moore, Matthew Calvert, Caleb Moreland, Chayse Basham and Keatyn Basham all of Indianapolis; two brothers- Rick (Susan) McKimmy of Katy, Texas and Michael (Pam) McKimmy of Indianapolis; sister- Connie (Jack) Sargeant of Indianapolis; and thirteen nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters- Barbara McKimmy and Dora Link, and her life partner Fred Kinney.

Mrs. Neutzman worked as a bookkeeper for 43 years at Marsh Supermarket, until her retirement in 2010.  She enjoyed reading, watching the Hallmark and Lifetime Network, playing Sudoku, traveling with Fred and spending time with her grandchildren.  In her younger years she enjoyed playing softball.

A Celebration of Sarah Ann Neutzman’s Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 3, 2019, at the Norman F. Chance Funeral Home and Cremation Center.  She will be laid to rest following the services in Bethesda Cemetery, in West Terre Haute, Indiana.  Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.  The family has entrusted the Norman F.
