Barbara Sue (McKinney) Greene

Barbara Sue(McKinney)Greene, 68 of Indianapolis, Indiana

passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Franciscan Health.

Barb was born in Beech Grove, Indiana on December 27, 1951 to the late Albert and Vivian(Talley)McKinney.

Barb was a graduate of Beech Grove High School, and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Beech Grove American Legion Post 276.

She retired after 44 years with Lane Bryant Co. 

She enjoy Karaoke and playing computer games, and gambling at the casinos and legion, her favorite was going on cruises with friends.

Barb married the love of her life on October 16, 1989 and enjoyed 34 years of happiness  with Darrell Lee Greene better known as "Mr. Fabulous"

Survivors; Loving husband: Darrell Lee Greene, daughter: Shannon Deann Bryant, sons: Pryce William Bryant, Jr., James Evans: step-daughter: Stephanie Greene, and step-son: Jason Lee Greene; sister: Shirley Ann Nelson; several nieces and nephews; best friends: Gina Reese, Sherry Landis and Pam(Kessler)Logan.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers: Dell, Donald and Rodney McKinney,: sister: Linda Latimer and step-sister: Durlie Farmer.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the Norman F. Chance Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., with calling from 11:00 a.m.  Pastor William Scott, officiating 

Entombment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Greenwood, Indiana.

Due to COVID-19 Mask are required and social distancing is recommended.
