Carol Mustard Obituary

Carol Sue Mustard, 74, of Indianapolis passed away January 22, 2022, at University Heights. She was born October 31, 1947, to Robert Leon Woolwine and Ina (Hughes) Jones. She enjoyed vacationing in Florida and family events. She was employed with CVS as a cashier supervisor and was very devoted to her dogs.  She was preceded in passing by her husband Richard Mustard Sr. whom she wed on February 8, 1964.

Carol is survived by her children; Tammy Mustard, Kari Weber, Rick Mustard (Machele), and Christopher Mustard, grandchildren; Jonathan (Katie), Kandi, Richard, David, and Serenity; eight great-grandchildren; siblings Jake, June, Cynthia, Daryl. Tanya, and Lisa.  Carol was preceded in passing by her husband Richard, her parents Robert and Ina, and her siblings Sheila and Bobby

Service for Carol will be 2:00p.m, Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Norman F. Chance Funeral and Cremation Service, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 with calling from 11:00a.m. until the hour of service. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Garden, Greenwood, Indiana.
