Charles William Miles

Charles William Miles, 95  passed away on August 11, 2020

at Franciscan Health.   He was born on June 20, 1925 in Lawrence County, Illinois

to the late Harry Raymond and Eva M. (Forsythe) Miles.

Charles was a member of Edgewood United Methodist Church.

He was  a retired accountant for Western Electric and Indy Express, Inc.

A veteran of the United States Army serving in the Cold War

Survivors: son: Kevin D. Miles; granddaughters: Amber and Aimee Miles

brother:  Daryll(Tonya) Miles; several nieces and nephews.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and wife: Mariam  R. Miles and sister: Lea M. Ayers.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 from 11:00 a.m. until service at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Paul E. Wagner, officiating.

at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home, with entombment following at Washington Park East Mausoleum  

All visitors are requested to wear mask and practice social distancing due to COVID-19.
