He was born on February 5, 1957 in Indianapolis, IN to the late Forest and Lillian E. (Scalf) Williams.
A retired master drywall hanger. He liked to bet on the horse races and lottery tickets. He loved his family.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 7, 2023 at the Norman F. Chance Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services from 1:00 p.m. till time of service at 2:30 p.m.
with Pastor John Biddle officiating. Cremation will follow.
