Dezzarae “Dezzie” Fatima Gonzalez Avila, 46 of Indianapolis, Indiana passed away on June 27, 2024. Dezzie was born in Indianapolis on May 10, 1978 to Castulo “Carlos” and Rosita Avila. She graduated from Northwest High School in 1998. Dezzie enjoyed talking on the phone, connecting on Facebook, making new friends, adult coloring books and shopping.

 Dezzie is survived by her mother, Rosita Avila, sister Angelicia “Angel” Avila, brothers Castulo “Carlos” and Adam Avila and Francisco “Paco” Brown-Avila as well as many nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Dezzie is preceded in death by her father, Castulo “Carlos” Gonzalez Avila and a brother, Jason Augustine Michael Gonzalez Avila.

Funeral service for Dezzarae “Dezzie” Fatima Gonzalez Avila will be 1:30p.m., Wednesday, July10,2024, at Norman F.
