Donald Jay Ladd, 75 passed away on March 23, 2023. He was born on November 2, 1947 in Harriman, Tennessee to the late John Blair and Reba (Powers) Ladd.Donald was a veteran of the United States Army paratrooper and a faithful member of the Southern Baptist Church.He enjoyed spending time with family, friends and writing.
Donald is survived by his sons Kevin (Christina), Kenny (Sara), and Donny Ladd, daughter: Laura Lee Fox, and several half brothers and sisters, and grandchildren. Also surviving is the mother of his sons Kevin and Kenny, Nancy Ladd, and Caroline Ladd mother of Donny Ladd and Laura Lee Fox. Donald was preceded in passing by his parents, brothers: Johnny, Ronald and Doug Ladd.
Services for Donald Jay Ladd will be 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis Indiana with calling from noon until the time of service. Pastor Russell Brune will conduct services.
