Ernest Russell Bracken

Ernest Russell Bracken of Indianapolis, passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family on Friday, October 8, 2021 at the age of 70.

Ernest was born on April 2, 1951 in Indianapolis to the late Ernie Bracken and Donna Pratt.

Ernest was married to the love of his life on July 1, 1971, and they spent 50 wonderful years together creating many memories, a beautiful family, and an incredible life together.

He loved fishing at lake monroe, target practicing, and spending time outdoors. He was a wonderful cook, and loved to grill. He adored his motorcycle, listening to music, and making trips to Walmart.

Ernest will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Ernest is survived his wife Helen; his children, Brad Bracken, Dustin Bracken, Russell Bracken, and Kicera Bracken; 3 grandchildren; siblings, Donnie and Debbie; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was proceded in passing by his parents; sister Janet Gail, and Nicholas Bracken.
