Fredrick (Fred) William Geldmeier, 72 of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his loving family.

Fred was born on May 9,1949 in Indianapolis to the late Fredrick Irvin, and Mildred (Hardman) Geldmeier.

Fred enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and spending time with his family and friends who he loved dearly.

Fred is survived by his wife; Phyllis (Burke) Geldmeier; daughter; Marlena (Gary) McDougall; son, Robert (Tanya) Geldmeier; grandsons, Austin Geldmeier, Matt and Garret Kunkler, and granddaughters, Kayla (Patrick) Harlen and Katelyn McDougall, and 3 Great-grandchildren.

He was proceded in passing by his parents; his brother, Henry E. Geldmeier; niece, Lisa Geldmeier; and nephew, Robert Lee Geldmeier.
