Janice "Carrie" Ester (White) Alte

Janice Ester Alte “Carrie” 82 of Indianapolis, IN passed away on June 9, 2024. Janice was born in Corbin, KY to Father Warren G and Mother Nancy White. Janice worked for Bethany Village for years. Janice was a widow to Dallas Victor Alte with whom she was married to for 41 years. Janice is preceeded in death by her Parents Warren and Nancy White, Son Charlie, Grandson Charles, Stepson Michael, Brother Harold, Sisters June and Betty, and Stepdaughter Susan.

Her surviving family includes her Daughter Trish (Roger), Stepson Dallas (Daisy), Danny (Kim), Stepdaughters Vicky, Debbie (Michael), In-Law Tonya. Her Brothers Charles (Patty), Larry, Junior, Les (Barb), and James. Her Sisters Vicky, Christine, Barb, Penny (Don). Her Grandchildren Angela, Brian (Jessica), Brandy Jo, Ryan, CJ, Dallas, Bruce, Allen (Laura), Rosee, Leslie (Scott), Corey, Christina, Ashley, Kellie, Andrew, Justin (Megan), Cassandra (Kaden), Joshua, Chelsey, Kayley and Elijah. Great Grandchildren Bentley, Novalee, Myla, Skyla, Miley Jo, Julianna, Jaylen, Nathan and several others along with several great great grandchildren. She had several nieces and nephews as well.

Janice will be cremated and will have no service at this time. Family will be doing a celebration of life for her at a later time. More details to come.
