Jeanne Diane Brackin

Jeanne Diane Brackin 68, of Plainfield passed away January 25, 2025, at her residence. She was born October 26, 1956, in Indianapolis to the late Guy Brackin and Virginia (Woolsey) Brackin.  She had previously been employed with Dow AgroSciences. After retirement she enjoyed being a homemaker and passing her free time playing cards, doing puzzle books and going to the casino. A lover of animals, she was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with them whenever possible. On occasion she could be found dancing away in her high heels. Jeanne was a proud graduate of Ben Davis High School and was always a Purple Giant at heart.

Jeanne is survived by her daughter Jennifer Keeton, grandchildren; Cassie Lopes, Aaron Keeton, Marshall Quearry, and Mariah Keeton. Also surviving are six great-grandchildren,

Siblings  Joyce Trisler, Judy Bymaster and Janie Ross.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in passing by her sister Janice and her partner Terry Lakin who passed on May 18, 2024.

Funeral Service for Jeanne will be Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at 12:30p.m. at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 with calling from 10: 00a.m until the time of service.
