Obituary
Jerry Lee Hanson 63, of Indianapolis passed away August 10, 2023. He was an excellent cook and well known for his beef and noodles and chicken and dumplings. He was famous for dancing at the VFW on English Avenue and enjoyed playing pool, drinking beer and playing Frisbee golf. He will be sorely missed by many friends.
Jerry is survived by his loyal friend Tina M. Stephens, his half-brother John Hanson and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his parents William Charles Hanson and Frances Elaine (Rice) Hanson as well several siblings.
Gathering of Friends will be held Friday, August 18, 2023, from 12:00-2:00p.m. at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 with Interment at Washington Park East to follow.
