Jose Antonio Santellana

Mr. Jose Antonio Santellana, of Indianapolis, passed away on the morning of Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hospital. He was 40. Jose was born May 13, 1979 in Beech Grove, Indiana, the son of Jose A. Santellana and Mary L. (Hickey) Nance.

Jose attended Perry Meridian High School and was a member of the graduating Class of 1998. While at Perry Meridian, he was also a member of the football team. He enjoyed watching and playing football, attending his children’s sporting events and playing with his grandchildren. He deeply loved and was devoted to his family and cherished the time they spent together.

Jose is survived by his fiancé, Kristina L. ‘Nina’ Church; his children, Antonio Santellana and Ryan Santellana; his four grandchildren; his mother, Mary Nance; his sisters, Erica Marion and Jessica (Domonic) Sanchez; his grandfather, Jose G. Santellana; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In addition to his father, he is preceded in passing by two grandmothers and a grandfather.

Funeral services will be private.
