Keith Burk Obituary

Keith Albert Burk, 58, of Poland, Indiana, passed away at 6:09 p.m. Saturday, August 10, 2019, at St. Vincent’s Clay County Hospital, in Brazil.

Keith was born on June 19, 1961, in Terre Haute, Indiana, the son of Donald Lee Burk and Deloris Mae (Richmond) Whitaker.

He is survived by his mother-Delores Whitaker; sons-Wayne Burk and Charles Zachary Atkinson; sisters- Donna (Steve) Marheini and Nikki Schreiber; brothers- John and Leyton Burk; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, son- Jarrik Scott Rodgers and his granddaughter.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial service will be held at a later date. The family has entrusted the Norman F. Chance Funeral Home to assist them in honoring Keith’s life.
