Lane R. Keatts passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 25, 2025.
Lane was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and veteran whose love for his family was evident in every part of his life. He is survived by his sons, Lane Keatts and wife Nicole Keatts, and Rick Keatts and wife Angela Keatts. His sisters, Jackie Rosemeyer and Star Ragsdale.
He was a proud grandfather to Brandi Pichardo and Robert Pichardo, Hanna Conway and Conor Conway, Justin Keatts, Corbin Keatts, Madison Todd and Samuel Todd, and Joel Keatts. Lane also cherished his role as a great-grandfather to Liam Pichardo, Sky Pichardo, Hendrix Conway, Oliver Todd, and Hazel Todd.
Lane is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Connie Keatts, and his cherished son, Tom C. Keatts. He now joins them in heaven, reunited in peace and love.
Lane will be known for his love for motorcycles, old cars, and his weekly deals at the Goodwill and Salvation Army. His legacy lives on through the many generations he leaves behind, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Services with Military Honors will be held at CROWN HILL NATIONAL CEMETERY 725 WEST 42ND STREET, INDIANAPOLIS, IN 46208
