Larry "Shannon" Craig

Larry Shannon Craig, 51, of Greenwood passed away suddenly December 15, 2021 at Franciscan Health.

He was born November 20, 1970 in Beech Grove, Indiana to the late Larry Jack Craig and Martha Campfield.

Shannon as he was known, was employed as a painter with Lockerbie Square Cabinet Company. Shannon was known for his sense of humor and love of the outdoors. When he wasn’t bike riding, canoeing, kayaking, or camping he could be found enjoying time in Brown County. Shannon’s greatest joy was to spend time with his children.  He was an avid fan of the music of Queen.

Shannon is survived by his children; Savannah Craig and Gabriel Craig; Aunt Peggy Campfield, former wife Danielle K. Craig; best friend and employer Tracy Godfrey. Shannon also leaves behind his three cats; MJ, Mariah, and Reese.

A Celebration of Life Gathering for Shannon will be from 5:00 p.m. to  7:00 p.m., Monday, December 20, 2021, at  Norman F. Chance Funeral and Cremation Service, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana.
