Randolph “Randy” Scott McCutcheon 71, of Indianapolis passed away March 26, 2026. Randy was born May 24, 1954 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Reverend Charles and Minnie (Harris) McCutcheon. Randy was a people person who loved the engagement of a conversation and was a caring person to people in general. He was an avid billiard player and was known to make a wager during a pool game from time to time. Randy had been employed previously at The Dinner Bell Neighborhood Store and was well known and loved by so many in the community especially the children who all visited the store. He will be truly missed by all.
Randy is survived by his son Anthony McCutcheon (Jamie), grandson Wyatt McCutcheon, sisters Phyllis Cleary, Donna Ward (Warren) and Joann Spears. In addition to his parents Randy was preceded by his brothers Donald, James, Raymond, Charles, Dale, Curtis, Guy and Robert McCutcheon and his sisters Ruth Sullivan and Marilyn Smith.
Services for Randy will be Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 12:00p.m. at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227. Calling will be from 10:00a.m. until the time of service. The family requests in lieu of flowers contributions be made directly to the funeral home to defray funeral expenses.
