Randy Carman Obituary


Randy Lee Carman, 67, of Indianapolis, passed away June 29, 2022. 

He was born April 15, 1955 in Boyle County, Kentucky to  Kenneth Vernon and Mary “Norine” (Voils) Carman.

He worked in maintenance for many years, retiring several years ago. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army in Fort Knox from 1972-1974. For fun Randy would go fishing, play pool at John Wayne's. He was so good at pool, his team won a trip to Las Vegas. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle that he was very proud of. He was always spending time with his family. 

He is survived by the love of his life Sue Lich of Indianapolis; his son William (Brittany) Carman of Indianapolis; step-daughter Amanda (Patrick) Gasper-McGuire of Columbus, IN; and step-son Daniel Gasper of Indianapolis; 15 grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was proceeded in death by his son Marshal Ray Carman; and 3 brothers Kenneth Vernon Carman, Jr; Rodney Wayne Carman; and Phillip Ray Carman.  

A Celebration of life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m, on Friday, July 8, 2022, at N.F. Chance Funeral Home, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis.  Private cremation will follow.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m.  

Final arrangements and cremation have been entrusted to Norman F. Chance Funeral Home and Cremation Service
