Robert "Bobby" E. Greene

Robert E. “Bobby” Greene II, 68 of Waverly passed away June 18, 2024.  He has born April 19, 1956, to Robert E Greene and Marcella (Dickey) Greene. Bobby was a loving brother, friend, and uncle to many in the Waverly, IN area. He cherished watching NASCAR races, playing BINGO, attending local dirt tracks and demolition derby races to cheer on his favorite race car drivers especially his nephew Ben. He is remembered by always having a full glass of tea and you better save him a spot on the local pull tab or race car boards. His support for his family was boundless and he opened his heart to his Lord and Savior to continue his love and support thru eternity.

He was also preceded in death by his parents Robert E. Greene, Marcella Greene his brother-in-law Charles Hall and great-nephew Brayden R. Daniel.

Robert “Bobby” Greene is survived by his sisters, Jacquelyn Hall, Betty Breen and Brenda Daniel (Tony Rush). Many nieces and nephews including Charles Hall II, Rebecca (Billy) Edlin, Shawn (Wendy) Breen, Heather (Jason) Larson, Ben (Amy) Daniel, Brandy Daniel, and Bo (Samantha) Daniel. He touched the lives of many great-great nieces and nephews as well as many that knew him as their loving Uncle Bobby.

Funeral Service for Bobby will be 1:00p.m., Monday June 24,2024 at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227 with calling from 11:00a.m. until the hour of service. Pastor Bill Van Horn will conduct the service.
