Robin L. Manning, 59, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on March 3, 2021 after being diagnosed with cancer. He was born on March 13, 1961 in Norfolk, VA. In 1987, he married Debbra Ann (Styer) Manning and was married for 33 years. Robin attended Nacogdoches High School in Texas and then went on to attend a local community technical college. In 1998 he started working for Carrier Corporation in Indianapolis, IN and was employed there as a press operator for the last 23 years. He was a member of the United Steel Workers Union Local 1999.Robin was of the Pentecostal faith and had a strong belief in God. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, which included his pride and joy fur babies Angel and Sissy. He enjoyed country music and Dallas Cowboys football. Robin was a member of the Lost Creek Conservation Club in Terre Haute, IN and enjoyed hunting, boating, fishing and range shooting. He was also a member of the Lebanon, IN Indian Council and the Indiana Cherokee Alliance and enjoyed participating in Native American celebrations and events.
Robin is survived by his wife Debbra Ann (Styer) Manning, fur babies Angel and Sissy, father Harry Clinton Manning, mother Della Mae (Hyatt) Risinger, brother Michael Wayne Manning, sister DeLisa Ann Manning, along with many other family and friends. Robin was preceded in death by his grandparents Harry Niemeier Manning, Zadie “Nanny” Looney Brown, Jessie Hyatt, and Ethel Hyatt.
A private celebration of Robin’s life will be held at a later date.
