Roger Jackie Parsley

Roger Jackie Parsley, 68, of Indianapolis, passed away January 15, 2020, at Greenwood Healthcare Center.

Mr. Parsley was born on December 1, 1951, in Indianapolis, the son of Edgar and Evelyn (Kingery) Parsley.  He married Paulette Westenhofer, on February 28, 1970.  She survives.

He is also survived by his mother- Evelyn Parsley of Indianapolis; two daughters- Victoria Padgett of Indianapolis and Katherine Ritchey of Indianapolis; one son- Jack Parsley of Greenwood; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers- Eddie Parsley and Eugene Parsley both of Indianapolis; and one sister- Janet Crews of Indianapolis.

He was preceded in death by his father.

A Celebration of Roger’s Life will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 2020, at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home.  Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.  Cremation rites will be accorded following the service.  The family has entrusted the Norman F.
