Sherl Ann (Hamm) Neal

Sherl Ann (Hamm) Neal, 61, of Greenwood passed away at her residence on the morning of September 23, 2022. She was born November 26,1960, in Lexington, Oklahoma  to the late Marvin Hamm and Eddie Faye (Lawson) Hamm. She was a faithful member of The General Assembly and Church of the First Born. She was a homemaker who enjoyed decorating projects and flower arranging. Sherl also loved to visit flea markets and stopping at local garage sales.  When free time called and she was not gardening, she loved heading to the beach in Florida to enjoy the sunshine and sand beneath her feet.

Sherl is survived by her loving husband Ed Neal, her son David Riffel (Ashley), grand-daughters; Peyton, Taylor and Mia Riffel, sisters; Sherry Longacre (Benny), and Heather Dalton. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in passing by her first husband Danny Riffel and her second husband Don Wright.

Service for Sherl will be 12.00 p.m., Monday, September 26, 2022, at The General Assembly and Church of the First Born, 8560 Shelby Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46227, with calling from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Doug Funkhouser will be conducting services for Mrs. Neal.  Interment will follow at New Park Cemetery Martinsville, Indiana. Arrangements by Norman F.
