Sue Whittington Obituary

Sue Ann Whittington, of Houston, Texas passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at the age of 75.

Sue was born on February 14, 1946, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana to the late Truman and Dortha Yoder.

She was a beautiful soul, the salt of the Earth. She loved people and always saw the best in humanity. Sue was always ready to greet you with a big, beautiful smile and a warm hug. There is no doubt this loving, kind, cherished woman made it gracefully to God’s arms.

Sue was one of the kindest and most generous people on Earth. Everything she did, she did with love. Above all, she was a great example to follow. This world suffered a tremendous loss when she went Home.

She is survived by her sons, Matthew (Christina) Barley, Andrew Barley, Scott (Terri) Whittington, Blake Whittington (Garrett Biehle), and Mark (Chantal) Whittington;  her daughter, Janet (Greg) Donovan; Her grandchildren, Caitlyn Barley, Jackson Barley, Justin (Emmalee) Donovan, Julian Donovan, Tyler Whittington, and Amanda Ashton; Her brothers, Dave (Barb) Yoder, Larry (Marcia) Yoder, Vincent (Susie) Yoder; Her Sister, Jan Timmons; and Brother-in-law, Bob Young; Along with a host of bonus children, bonus grandchildren, bonus great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews and friends.
