Tammy Lynn (Phillips) Barger

Tammy Lynn (Phillips) Barger, 62, from Indianapolis, IN passed away on             May 10, 2023, surrounded by her husband and daughters. She was born on 7/27/1960 to Michael and Normagene Phillips. Tammy (with a Y) loved her family. She enjoyed shopping, music, playing Monopoly with her grandkids, trips to Kings Island, quilting, playing Scrabble and Bingo, a cold Pepsi, and playing with her dog Alexis.

She is survived by her husband James (Kelly) Barger; 3 daughters, Marlaina (PJ), Crystal (Jason), and Tonya aka Tonka (Charlie); 7 grandchildren, Spencer (Brittany), Tyler (Chloe), Gavin, Madison, Austin, Noah, and Bentley; her sister Debbie Hundley; 3 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Tammy was preceded in death by both her parents, Michael and Normagene Phillips, and her sister Deeanna (Dee) Phillips.  

Service for Tammy will be 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 17,2023, at Norman F. Chance Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 504 National Avenue, Indianapolis with calling from 1:00p.m. until the hour of service.
